You spoke so sweet, I was in awe,

Sweet words I kissed, soft cheeks I touched they were so raw

Honey-tongued mouth, lips like candies to me

You were my rose, my love, but thorns kept me away?

I opened my heart, I gave it to you.

I closed my senses only for you.

But what have I done to deserve this plight?

You tore my heart, this is not right.

I see you as a bee and there was a daisy, I knew it was not me

But eyes were shut, ears were covered, and heart was not free.

Instincts wide open, reality screaming

And now, I’m struggling of forgetting.
